There is always something special going on when you can find more than 25,000 people gathering at the same spot at about the same time. The specialty in this case was the TROST Schau 2008 on 05 and 06 April 2008.
The event took place at the Neue Messe Stuttgart - the new Stuttgart fairground next to the airport. So, the motto of this year’s TROST Schau really fitted the location. It was “Ready for take-off”. And they were ready! With an exhibition area of 25,000 square metres, the 220 suppliers had even more space to present their products and services than ever before.
The top news on the side of TROST was certainly the take-over of 50.1 per cent of the METEOR Group operational in Eastern Europe (we reported earlier).
Further news is the e-learning program for automobile technology, the electronic technology and parts catalogues and not to forget the new online platform REPCOM. With REPCOM, the workshop partners can set-up their advertising materials by a mouse click and order it online.
