PV Show beyond all expectations

Under the motto “PV LIVE!”, PV Automotive held its seventh trade show on the Hanover fairground on 08 and 09 November. More than 16,000 visitors took the chance to catch up on the latest technical trends and to have their garages equipped for the future. Manufacturers and trade were completely enthusiastic about the show.
The seventh PV show was a novelty in many respects. That’s because PV Automotive completely reworked the concept of the event. Following the new exhibition guideline “PV Live!”, the Essen–based company presented itself to the broad audience even closer and more accessible. With the fairground in Hanover, PV also found the ideal event location to unite and host the automotive world from East and West.
New exhibition concept – new achievements
Less entertainment – more power was the motto. By that, the event found back to its’ original idea: to share and spread know-how, entering into a dialogue with the participants and to present convincing offers. With the seventh PV exhibition, the branch celebrated the return of the information and order fair in its traditional sense.
Stephan Rahmede, CEO of PV Automotive, sees the new alignment of the show as fully approved: “The presentation of concentrated information and financially attractive offers turned PV LIVE! in a big success, especially in the current economic situation. Despite of the economical crisis and the weak business activity, our garage partners seized the opportunity to cover their investment needs.”
Industry enthusiastic about PV LIVE!
PV Automotive’s industry partners were also more than satisfied with the results of the show. More than 160 leading manufacturers followed the invitation and showed their latest product highlights in the range of passenger car and commercial vehicle parts, garage equipment as well as maintenance and chemical products.
Stephan Rahmede is happy about the positive feedback from the industry: “The many conversations during the exhibition, but also the numerous e-mails after the exhibition showed that we have taken the right course. Our partners were enthusiastic about the number of expert discussions at the stands and the overwhelming interest in their product.
Perfect platform for the independent parts dealers
Beside the industry, also the independent parts dealers benefited from PV LIVE! The especially arranged 200m² Wholesale Forum on the exhibition opened possibilities for open dialogues with the commercial partners. In a relaxed atmosphere, the dealers could talk and negotiate with their customers and receive orders on a large scale. Beside the Temot Network Partners, also the PV System Partners were represented for the first time.
