Fifth MOTOO Partners’ Convention

- Two days full of valuable information -

Two days full of valuable information, good discussions, useful suggestions and personal meetings lie behind the partners of the German garage concept MOTOO. The trade and garage partners met in Bad Neuenahr recently to get informed on the current developments around their concept and to discuss face-to-face.

The day started off with the 52 MOTOO trade partners who ensure the fast and reliable supply of the garages in their local areas. Jens Corssen, one of the most distinguished mental trainers for top athletes and top managers, inducted the MOTOO partners into the sectrets of successful self management to trigger off impetus for further growth. Mitja Bartsch (Concept Manager since April 2009) took the opportunity to present new services, features and promotions that had been added to the concept portfolio. The day was completed by a review of the last 12 months which were again marked by an above-average growth for MOTOO.

On the second day, the meeting of workshop partners took place.Apart from the review of various services and the welcoming of new MOTOO concept partners, the second day was dedicated to the comprehensive service modules. The new courtesy car offer, the new MOTOO Magazine for end customers and many other services and promotions - especially with regard to customer relationship management, customer loyalty and the acquisition of new customers were in the focus of attention. Moreover, the 145 MOTOO partners had the possibility to get in depth information on the concept modules directly at the stands of the service partners.

The gala dinner that has meanwhile become a tradition was the framework for another highlight. The comedian Vince Ebert – the funniest physician in Germany – had one of his outstanding performances. Looking back, the convention turned out to be a great success – not only for Philipp Hess the Managing Director of Hans Hess Autoteile GmbH and Mitja Bartsch, but also for the numerous partners and their guests.
