Saving money with the MOTOO Card - Repair financing at zero per cent

As safe as it gets – especially while driving. This is the motivation and reason why the garage concept MOTOO starts off a new campaign in 2010. As of February 2010, and for a period of three month, car drivers get repair financing at zero per cent at all participating MOTOO garage partners. This campaign is free of charge for the MOTOO partners. The concept headquarters provides all marketing materials at the point of sales

"We are only successful if our garage partners are", emphasizes Mitja Bartsch, Concept Manager at Hans Hess Autoteile GmbH, who had the idea to launch this customer loyalty program. In order to advance it and to offer real added value for the concept partners, we refrain from subsidies by the MOTOO garage partners. The posters that are provided free of charge to the MOTOO partners will call further attention at the point of sales. Moreover, we will launch multi-channel online advertising for this sales promotion."

The advantage for the end consumers is clear: The service or repair invoice can be paid in three small instalments - without any additional costs. That's easy for the household budget.

In April 2009, the new MOTOO Card was launched. It supports the concept partners in their direct customer contact. "With the MOTOO Card, our concept partners are able to offer their customers financing of repair cost - quickly and easily“, says Mitja Bartsch. The repair financing was implemented in cooperation with a renown credit institution. MOTOO does not only want to provide the end customer with a favourable price performance ratio but also with an option to ease payment of incurring repair invoices. In this way, MOTOO Card holders can pay their service or repair invoices in smaller instalments. Apart from that, the MOTOO concept headquarters launches interesting and advantageous promotions whereas the current "zero per cent campaign" is just one of the many examples.
