TI Shareholder Event in Sursee and Lucerne

Temot International’s annual shareholder meeting was held on 28/29 April 2005 in Lucerne (Switzerland) and hosted by hostettler autotechnik ag.
On Thursday, the TI shareholders had the opportunity to visit Hostettler’s head office in Sursee and learn more about the specificities of the Swiss market. The visiting shareholders were deeply impressed by the company’s sophisticated logistics and consistent market and customer orientation.
The annual meeting as such took place on Friday at the Lucerne Palace Hotel, where Mr. Frans Van Heck left as managing director to take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The new managing director, Mr. Fotios Katsardis, will continue to develop Temot International Autoparts in order to capitalize on synergies in the areas of purchasing, information technology and logistics.

The TI Meeting covered fundamental issues concerning trends in the automotive business and, of course, further procedure on the European integration front.
The PSC (Product-Supplier-Council) presented a detailed workout of the results and their next projects.

All CEOs of the 20 TI shareholders and Richard M. Morgan CEO/President of AAPA joined this 2 days event.
All participants fully support TI’s goals and strategies.
